Aims and Scope

  Japan Economic Policy Association was founded in 1940 as a first academic association in the field of Economics in Japan. Japan Economic Policy Association has been making academic contributions in the field of economic policy.
    The International Journal of Economic Policy Studies (IJEPS) is edited and published by the Japan Economic Policy Association. Its purpose is broadly defined, comprehensive coverage of both theoretical and empirical studies within the field of economic policy.
  Japan Economic Policy Association initiated the first international conference in 2002 as a part of its academic activities. Since then, Japan Economic Policy Association has provided a useful network and public space of research on economic policy in the world.
  Papers published in each volume through refereed process are exclusively recruited from the papers submitted and presented at Japan Economic Policy Association International Conference. Especially, we are encouraging papers which are rich in policy implications based not only on reliable economic models but also on robust econometric analyses.
